Life Again

This might look like a happiness curve- it’s not!

For a number of years now Life Again have used this U-Shaped curve to depict our trend of happiness over our lifetime. Look at it closely. Effectively what it tells us is that we are happiest as teenagers and through our 20’s and early 30’s before we fall away into our early and mid 40’s to the unhappiest time of outlives. Part of it is normal: part self inflicted.

Why does this Mid-Life Crisis exist and how can we minimise it? Life Again makes us aware of the Curve and shows real ways of minimising the downward slide.
